I have multicultural background and speak multiple languages. Before making The Bay Area my home in 2007, I traveled and lived around the world, learning from people of diverse cultures.
I am an Artist, technologist, and therapist. My endless interest and intrigue with human behavior and relationships, as well as my own healing of cultural and personal trauma influenced my decision of studying psychotherapy. I received my Master of Arts degree from JFK University and my Business Technology Management and Design degrees from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada.
During my long and storied journey over many years and multiple careers in multiple countries, I’ve cultivated a unique skill set and the uncanny ability to connect with people with various backgrounds, beliefs, and sexual orientations. I work with all age group (children, youth, adolescents, adults, elderly, individuals, couples, and families); help them with issues including anxiety, depression, past traumas, relationship issues, grief and loss, and personal growth.
I blend expertise and intuition, drawing from a wide-ranging toolkit to creatively meet each client’s personality, interest, and goals.
I am particularly efficacious in helping people sort out complicated clutters of thoughts and feelings, thus becoming clear on what values are in conflict and what one really wants. With couples and families, I help to cultivate productive conversation that reduces attack and blame.
I become my clients’ trusted ally, offering exercises and practical tools when appropriate, and listening with compassion and acceptance when a caring presence is what they need most.
